For this challenge we built DIGICAKRA —a CMS‑powered digital platform that modernizes Fotocopy Cakrawala’s ordering and service workflow. The solution delivers online document‑printing orders, QRIS‑based payments, real‑time order tracking, a comprehensive office‑stationery catalog, and digital loyalty stamps—all designed to elevate customer experience while streamlining operations.

From Paper to Pixels: The Challenge

Fotocopy Cakrawala struggled with manual order slips, cash‑only transactions, and a fragmented inventory system. Our goal was to replace the legacy workflow with a single, intuitive interface that could be accessed from any device. By leveraging a headless CMS and a responsive front‑end built with React, we turned a chaotic process into a smooth, end‑to‑end digital experience.

Architecture & Features: Building DIGICAKRA - CMS‑Backed Order Management – Contentful powers dynamic templates for print jobs, allowing staff to update pricing and availability instantly. - QRIS Payment Integration – Customers pay via QR code, reducing cash handling and providing instant transaction receipts. - Real‑Time Tracking – WebSocket‑based updates let users see the status of their print job from submission to pickup. - ATK Catalog & Cart – A searchable, filter‑rich catalog of office supplies with bulk‑order discounts. - Digital Loyalty System – Gamified stamps unlock rewards, encouraging repeat business and data collection for future personalization.

Collaboration & Iteration: Team Dynamics The project was a true cross‑disciplinary effort.
